What's The Catch?

Before getting into real estate back in 1999, I spent 20 years in the Advertising and Marketing field. During that time I had the good fortune to work with some very sophisticated powerhouse clients, companies like McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Anheuser Busch, Hewlett Packard, Chrysler, Marriott, Delta Airlines and many others. One thing I learned from these industry leaders was the vital necessity of not merely “keeping up” with the changing marketplace, but, rather, staying ahead of it by anticipating future trends. Over time I came to realize that my success in real estate would also depend on my ability to ride on the front of the trend wave, not the back. That's why the service I provide my clients is as leading edge as you can get.

As everyone is well aware, the real estate industry has gone through some monumental changes over the past two decades. The huge technology advances brought on by the personal computer and the Internet have given the general public ready access to extremely valuable, but previously restricted market information. In addition, sharp real estate professionals can now do a much better job for their clients, and in a shorter amount of time.
